The following forms are for student use only. These forms are to be completed on a student to student basis, with verification as needed to be completed by the staff of the yearbook. As a reminder: if you have pictures that you would like to see in the yearbook feel free to bring those pictures to Mr. Hunter for consideration in the yearbook! We're always looking for good pictures to portray the memories and moments of SPHS life!

Senior pictures must be turned in by September 30, 2008. The yearbook staff will use school ID pictures for seniors that miss the deadline. Pictures may be color or black and white, wallet sized. Digital pictures must be 300 DPI in JPG or TIFF format.
